EU’s Michel: The deal is a pivotal moment in the Union’s history

Addressing a press conference announcing the much-awaited Recovery Fund deal, the European Union (EU) Summit Chairman and Council President Charles Michel said that it is a pivotal moment in EU history.

Michel added that for the first time EU money will be linked to observing the rule of law.
