Ireland's Coveney - Want reassurance there on't be regulatory divergence after Brexit

Irish Foreign Minister Simon Coveney, while speaking to BBC radio 4 said - 

• We want reassurance there won't be a regulatory divergence on Ireland post-Brexit.
• We can't be forced to leap into the dark by the UK.
