ECB Nowotny says must assess legal aspects of providing ELA to Greece outside a programme

FXStreet (Córdoba) - Ewald Nowotny, member of the European Central Bank, said they must assess what are legal aspects of granting emergency liquidity assistance (ELA) to help to Greece once their bailout program expires tomorrow.

He said ECB should examine whether they can continue to provide ELA in the run up to the referendum vote on July 5.
